A leading healthcare provider in the City of London is seeking a Senior Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) to join the theatre team. This role involves supporting operational activities in a dynamic, advanced hospital environment with opportunities for professional development and training. Role: Senior ODP (Anaesthetics, Scrub, Recovery)
Location: The Wellington Hospital
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: 4 or 5 days a week, occasional weekends
Contract: Permanent

The Wellington Hospital – the UK's largest private hospital, rated Good by the CQC – is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) to join our dynamic, well-established theatre team. With 13 theatres and a strong reputation for excellence, this is an exciting opportunity to take your career to the next level.
We are looking for a skilled ODP with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in theatres, with expertise in one or more of the following areas:
Experience in robotic-assisted surgery is highly desirable, but full training will be provided for the right candidate. Expertise in Urology and Orthopaedics will also be highly valued.
If you are dual trained, that would be fantastic; however, we are committed to developing our team and can offer training to broaden your skills across other theatre specialties.
