Job summary

St Barnabas Hospice in Lincolnshire is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our community-based Specialist Palliative Care team. You will work autonomously to support patients to identify goals and live well with their palliative diagnosis, delivering tailored therapy in patients' homes and at our wellbeing hubs.

The role offers flexible working arrangements (full-time or part-time), a strong emphasis on multidisciplinary collaboration, and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• Qualified OT with HCPC registration.
• Experience in palliative or community care settings is beneficial.
• Passion and enthusiasm for the profession.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualised therapy in patients' homes and wellbeing hubs.
• Work autonomously to identify goals and support living well with a palliative diagnosis.
• Support end-of-life care and contribute to developing the OT service.
