What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will be responsible for planning and monitoring tasks to ensure the successful delivery of your team’s business objectives. You will supervise staff effectively to deliver services that achieve continuous improvement for the Council. Additionally, you will provide an effective, customer-focused, and fully accessible first point of contact service for Adult Social Care. As a supervisor for the Occupational Therapy Service, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of care and support provided to adults in need.
