We are seeking a compassionate and innovative Senior Occupational Therapist to join our Adult Services Short Term Support Service. This permanent, full-time position involves working across Lancashire from Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support individuals to achieve their goals and live independently in their homes.
  • Collaborate with social work colleagues, care providers, and other partners.
  • Develop and coach a re-enabling approach and/or longer-term compensatory adaptations.
  • Set and review therapeutic goals, creating person-centred support plans.
  • Mentor and support non-qualified staff, ensuring high standards and quality of work.
  • Participate in continual service development and access training opportunities.
