Job summary
Priory Hospital Middleton St George has an opportunity for a HCPC registered Lead Occupational Therapist to join our team. You will provide clinical, professional and operational leadership to the Occupational Therapy service, supervising staff and students, and delivering advanced OT assessments and tailored treatments while upholding dignity, respect and high standards of care.

Qualifications
- HCPC registered Lead Occupational Therapist with postgraduate qualification in OT.
- Experience leading teams and driving change in an OT setting.
- Experience supervising OT staff, assistants and students.
- Knowledge of MoHO, VdTMoCA and Sensory Integration.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical, professional and operational leadership to the OT service.
- Lead integration with multi-disciplinary teams across the hospital site.
- Deliver advanced OT assessment, treatment and management for patients.
- Ensure practice meets local and national standards including governance.
