Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a dedicated team delivering services aligned with the Prime Minister's Challenge on Dementia (2015) and the NHS Long Term Plan for Older Adults Mental Health in the London Borough of Hounslow.

West London NHS Trust provides specialist care for patients with cognitive impairments and dementia affecting daily living. This community-based Senior Occupational Therapist will work under a B7 Specialist OT, supervising OT apprentices and students, and collaborating within the wider OT team across the tri-boroughs.

Main duties include:

• Providing pre and post-diagnostic support including cognitive rehab, environmental modifications, and caregiver advice.
• Conducting assessments and delivering holistic interventions.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for group and individual activities.

The role is based in Hounslow, within a diverse and supportive team committed to professional development and well-being.

Responsibilities & Person Specification:
