Job description

We are looking for a Senior Occupational Health Advisor to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality Occupational Health and Wellbeing Service to staff and external clients.

The role involves working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide a proactive service across all areas of the working environment, adhering to national guidelines and benchmarks to promote physical and psychological well-being.

You will need to work autonomously and collaboratively, maintaining effective communication with clients, managers, and professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications: You must be a registered nurse with an OHN diploma or degree, with several years of post-registration experience and confidence in handling complex cases. NHS occupational health experience is a distinct advantage.
