Senior Occupational Health Nurse AdviserLocation - Mixture of home based and site based in BlackpoolPermanent, Hours: 32 hours per week (4 Days per week)Salary: £43,000 to £48,000 per annum (pro-rata) + Excellent Benefits

Are you an experienced Occupational Health Nurse Adviser looking to take the next step in your career? My client is currently seeking a Senior Occupational Health Nurse Adviser to join their friendly and supportive in-house Occupational Health team.

Based in a dedicated, modern Occupational Health facility with excellent transport links, the role offers a hybrid working arrangement and the opportunity to make a real impact on employee wellbeing across the organisation.
About the Role:
This is a key position within the service, providing a full range of occupational health support including:
  • Case management (4 cases maximum in one day)
  • Health surveillance
  • Pre-employment assessments
  • Vaccinations

You'll also take on a leadership role, offering guidance, training, and supervision to the wider OH team. The position involves contributing to policy development and maintaining SEQOHS accreditation standards.

As a trusted health partner within the organisation, you will continue to raise awareness of Occupational Health services and champion a proactive approach to workplace wellbeing.
