Senior Occupational Health Advisor - In-House - Site Based/Hybrid

Hertfordshire

Our client is looking to recruit a Senior Occupational Health Advisor to work at their site in Hertfordshire combined with remote working.

This role involves a variety of medicals and case management tasks.

Working as part of a multidisciplinary in-house team, you will manage your own caseload along with lead responsibilities.

The main focus for this role is case management; however, you will also be involved in performing a full remit including:

1. Case Management (4 cases per day)
2. Complex Case Management
3. Return to Work
4. Sickness Absence
5. Health Surveillance
6. Fit to Work
