Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust invites applications from an experienced senior nursing leader to join the Urgent and Emergency Care Directorate as a key member of the Directorate leadership team in London. The postholder will provide visible, compassionate professional leadership to deliver safe, high-quality care and an excellent experience for patients and staff.

Competenze

Evidence of strategic senior nursing leadership in urgent/acute care.
Strong governance, data analytics and service improvement experience.
Experience in workforce planning and recruitment strategies.
Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage change.

Provide visible professional leadership across Urgent and Emergency Care.
Lead quality, safety and governance initiatives and drive patient experience improvements.
