Job summary

Springcare Care Homes Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Nursing Assistant to join our care team. This 36-hour-per-week role includes weekends and bank holidays, with a focus on delivering compassionate care to residents.

You will support with personal care, nutrition, mobility and wellbeing, reporting to the Home Manager and guiding a team of Health Care Assistants. DBS checks and right to work in the UK are required.

Qualifications

• Experienced Nursing Assistant (Senior Care Assistant level 3).
• Reliable, trustworthy and able to work as part of a team and unsupervised.
• Self-motivated with ability to motivate and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Allocate duties to a team of Health Care Assistants and promote best practice.
• Provide personal care and support residents' nutrition, mobility and well-being.
• Undertake clinical tasks as competent under supervision (e.g., PEG feeding, medication administration, basic observations).
