Main duties of the job

Do you have experience working with children and young people? Do you have a childcare qualification (NVQ level 3) or other healthcare experience? If so, we could have the perfect job for you.

Robin's Ward has something for everyone. We are a ward that cares for children from a range of specialties including neurosurgery, plastics (including craniofacial and cleft lip and palate services), ENT, ophthalmology, neurology and neuro rehab.

This role will involve caring for children and teenagers with the support of a registered nurse and being responsible for some house-keeping duties. Training will be given to successful applicants who will be required to complete a set of competencies enabling them to undertake specific additional nursing care duties and responsibilities.
