Are you a Senior Nursery Room Manager? Great! We are looking to hire a childcare professional on a full-time basis at our Busy Bees Weston Super Mare Nursery.

As a Senior Room Manager, you will guide and support the team by role modeling your knowledge and best practices. You may also wish to enroll in a Management Qualification with our in-house training academy to develop your leadership skills and pursue promotion!

Key Responsibilities for a Senior Room Leader at Busy Bees:

• Be the 4th in charge at the nursery, working closely with the management team
• As a keyworker, meet each child's needs, support parents with SEND/ASL needs
• Take ownership of observations, assessments, and planning for your key children, supporting staff with developmentally appropriate next steps
• Encourage and praise children's development and achievements while guiding and coaching staff

Qualifications: To apply, you must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Manager, or Practitioner.
