Job Summary

Are you a Senior Nursery Room Manager? Great! We are looking to bring on board a childcare professional on a full-time basis at our Busy Bees Stokenchurch Nursery.

As a Senior Room Manager working in our baby room, you will guide and support the team by role modelling your knowledge and best practice. In this role, you may wish to enrol on a Management Qualification with our very own in-house training academy to develop your leadership skills and potentially gain a promotion!

Ofsted rated GOOD, our nursery is located within walking distance to local amenities and bus routes.
Transport from High Wycombe station to Stokenchurch can be covered.

Responsibilities of a Senior Room Leader at Busy Bees:

• Be the 3rd in charge at the nursery, working closely with the nursery management team.
• As a keyworker, ensure every child's needs are met, including supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs.
• Take ownership of observations, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS, providing developmentally challenging next steps, and supporting the staff team.
• Encourage and praise children’s development and achievements while guiding, coaching, and managing our team of practitioners.
• And most of all…have FUN!

Qualifications and Experience:

To apply for a qualified role, you must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager, or Senior Nursery Practitioner.
