Are you a Senior Nursery Room Manager? Great! We are looking to bring on board a childcare professional on a full-time basis at our Busy Bees Cheam Park Nursery.

As a Senior Room Manager with us, you will guide and support the team by role modelling your knowledge and best practice. You may also wish to enroll in a Management Qualification with our in-house training academy to develop your leadership skills and advance your career!

Key Responsibilities as a Senior Room Leader at Busy Bees:

• Be the third in charge at the nursery, working closely with the management team.
• As a keyworker, ensure each child's needs are met, supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs.
• Take ownership of observations, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS, providing developmentally appropriate next steps, and supporting staff.
• Encourage and celebrate children's development and achievements while guiding, coaching, and managing our practitioners.
• Most importantly… have FUN!

Qualifications and Experience:

To apply for this role, you must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager, or Senior Nursery Practitioner.
