Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Senior Nursery Room Leader or in a similar role required.

• Experience in managing observation, assessment, and planning.

Job Summary

Are you a Senior Nursery Room Leader? Great! We are looking to bring on board a childcare professional on a Full-time basis at our Busy Bees in our Pre-school room at our Droitwich Nursery.

As a Senior Room Leader, you will guide and support the team by role modelling your knowledge and best practice. You may also wish to enrol in a Management Qualification with our in-house training academy to develop your leadership skills and potentially gain a promotion!
