Job Summary

Are you a Senior Nursery Room Leader? Great! We are looking to recruit a childcare professional on a full-time basis at our Busy Bees nursery in the Pre-school room at Droitwich.

As a Senior Room Leader, you will guide and support the team by role modeling your knowledge and best practices. You may also wish to enroll in a Management Qualification through our in-house training academy to develop your leadership skills and potentially gain a promotion!

Responsibilities of a Senior Room Leader include:

• Being the third in charge at the nursery and working closely with the management team
• Supporting individual children's needs as a keyworker, including SEND/ASL needs
• Managing observations, assessments, and planning for key children in line with EYFS, and supporting staff development
• Encouraging children's development and achievements, while guiding and coaching staff
• Having fun and fostering a positive environment!

Qualifications and Experience:

Applicants must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have prior experience as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Manager, or Practitioner.
