Qualifications

Are you a Senior Nursery Room Manager? Great! We are looking to bring on board a childcare professional on a full-time basis at our Busy Bees Cheltenham Prestbury Road Nursery.

As a Senior Room Manager with us, you will guide and support the team by role modelling your knowledge and best practice. In this role, you may wish to enrol on a Management Qualification with our in-house training academy to develop your leadership skills and potentially gain a promotion!

Some of the responsibilities of a Senior Room Leader at Busy Bees include:

• Being the 3rd in charge at the nursery, working closely with the nursery management team.
• As a keyworker, ensuring every child's needs are met, including supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs.
• Taking ownership of observations, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS, providing developmentally challenging next steps, and supporting the staff team.
• Encouraging and praising children's development and achievements while guiding, coaching, and managing our team of practitioners.
• And most importantly… have FUN!

To apply for this qualified role, you must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager, or Senior Nursery Practitioner.
