Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in an Early Years setting (ideally as Room Leader, Nursery Practitioner, or Early Years Educator).
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and child protection.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for childcare.
• Commitment to delivering excellence in early years education.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to children’s developmental needs.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment in line with EYFS standards.
• Monitor and celebrate children’s developmental milestones.
• Build strong, positive relationships with families.
• Lead and support colleagues to maintain high-quality childcare and education.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding and child protection policies.
