We are recruiting a Senior Early Years Practitioner/Room Leader for a lovely quality setting in Hale, near Altrincham, Greater Manchester.

The setting features a beautiful outdoor area and has a great reputation for quality childcare.

Salary: £12.80 - £13.50 per hour

The role is ideally full-time, but part-time or condensed hours will also be considered.

Requirements for the Senior Early Years Practitioner role in Hale:

• Passionate and enthusiastic about providing high-quality childcare
• Ability to manage a small team
• Minimum 3 years experience in a nursery, with some senior responsibilities
• Level 3 in childcare with relevant work experience or degree
• Ability to plan effectively within the EYFS framework
• High-level administration skills
• Experience in completing observations
• Excellent communication skills with children, parents, and external authorities
