Hours: Full Time, Monday - Friday
Salary: £14.10 - £14.50 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience)

About you
You are a Level 3 or above qualified Senior Early Years Educator / Senior Practitioner / Senior Nursery Nurse / Room Leader or similar who thrives on leading by example and inspiring others to be the best they can be.
You love supporting and encouraging the natural curiosity and excitement of young children, and motivating others to do the same.
You have a natural, nurturing openness, a warm and positive outlook, and you care about learning and education standards in the UK.
What you'll be doing
Day to day, you will deliver care to the children whilst also supervising your team.
You will identify areas for improvement, whether related to learning and teaching techniques or creating more stimulating experiences and environments. You will embrace inclusivity to meet the individual needs of all those within your room.
You will be responsible for ensuring all record-keeping requirements are regularly completed, as well as conducting your team appraisals. As the Senior Early Years Educator (Nursery Room Leader), you will work in partnership with other Room Leads and the management team to ensure the successful running of the nursery.
