Our Nuffy Bear Day Nursery is seeking a Senior Early Years Educator/Senior Nursery Nurse to be based at our nursery located in our Nuffield Health gym.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the UK's largest Healthcare Charity nurseries. We're looking for the right person to join us and help ensure the best mix of high-quality care, learning, and play.

As a Senior Early Years Educator, it's important that you're qualified to NVQ Level 3 in childcare studies (or equivalent) and have experience working in a nursery setting.

As a Senior Practitioner, you will:

  • Lead a small team, ensuring the highest standards are maintained
  • Help deliver full-day care, sessional care, and pre-school for children aged 3 months to 5 years
  • Promote health and wellbeing, helping children achieve the best possible start in life
  • Ensure that learning is linked to each child's development
  • Maintain excellent communication with parents, carers, and external professionals
  • Be aware of and implement current legislation, safeguarding policies, and procedures
