Job Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Nurse/Paramedic to join a privately-run emergency treatment centre in Portsmouth. You will work within a friendly, multidisciplinary team providing assessments, wound care, and treatments for minor injuries and illnesses, with the aim to discharge or transfer patients for further care. You will also have occasional coordinating responsibilities for the Nurse Practitioners on-site.

Requirements

• Level 7 History Taking & Physical Assessment (essential)
• A second Level 7 module (Minor Injuries & Illnesses is desirable)
• Experience reading X-Rays (advantageous)
• Experience leading clinical teams (desirable)
• Experience with Minor Injuries (essential)
• Valid NMC pin

Shifts and Benefits

• Mixed rota, including 7.5 and 12.5-hour shifts
• Part-time: 20+ hours; Full-time: 37.5 hours
• Overtime available at 1.5x pay
