The successful candidate will lead a team that are passionate about supporting our patients through to the final stages of the discharge process. We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and compassionate leader with strong clinical credibility. Who can embrace change, inspire others and manage a fast paced environment with the constant ability to problem solve. The ability to demonstrate the highest levels of communication skills across a wide range of multi disciplinary teams and service users is essential.

The post holder will have 24-hour responsibility for the effective and efficient operational day to day management of the department, including budget control, clinical governance, staff development and training. The post holder is professionally accountable for the maintenance of standards of professional and standards of care.
