Job summary

Leaders in Care in London is seeking a Senior Nurse to join a prestigious neuro-disability service. The role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 p/a and strong training opportunities within a well-resourced environment.

The successful candidate will lead on shift, perform advanced clinical duties (tracheostomy and ventilation care) and engage in CPD to advance nursing practice. Progression into management is supported by the provider.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC pin.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Competent in tracheostomy care.
• Acute Medical (AMU) experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and guidance to the MDT on shift.
• Utilise complex clinical skills such as tracheostomy care and ventilator care.
• Attend all training and engage in CPD to further your clinical knowledge and promote nursing.
• Assist with performance management of junior staff, following the organisations policies and procedures.
