Integrated Care System seeks a compassionate and proactive Senior Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care across three sites in Birmingham. We are seeking a compassionate and proactive registered Nurse to be our Senior Nurse, and to support the delivery of high-quality patient care within our busy GP surgery.
The successful candidate will be working across our 3 sites with our varied Nursing Team. Primary care experience is desired but not essential.
This will be a varied role including nursing clinics.
Providing an excellent patient service and patient relationship skills, excellent communication skills, a confident manner and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential attributes of any applicants.

Working in accordance with the UKCC Code of Conduct, the post-holder will support and develop the Practice nursing team in the provision of assessment, treatment, screening, health education services and advice to patients.
The post-holder will agree protocols and guidelines to provide nursing treatments to patients both independently and in participation with nurse colleagues and general practitioners.
The post-holder will have the required level of training and competence and will work within patient group directions where these are available. A nurse with prescribing qualifications will use them appropriately.
