Join our team as a Senior Nuclear Safety Case Engineer, supporting AECOM's nuclear projects. You will be responsible for developing and delivering nuclear safety cases, supporting bid efforts, maintaining regulatory compliance, and mentoring team members. This role involves working with multidisciplinary teams and engaging with regulators to ensure safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and delivery of nuclear safety cases on projects.
• Assist in winning new work through technical support in bidding processes.
• Maintain client relationships to ensure quality and compliance.
• Provide regulatory advice and support interactions with safety authorities.
• Mentor and coach junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing and training initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Honours or Master’s degree in a STEM discipline or equivalent experience in the UK nuclear industry.
• Chartered status or working towards it in a STEM field.
• Experience in developing nuclear safety cases.
• Ability to mentor and work independently in a dynamic environment.
