Job summary

Rullion Managed Services seeks a Senior Project Controls Engineer on a contract basis in Bridgwater, Somerset. Lead project controls across HPC programmes, ensuring accurate estimating and governance. Manage £10m–£500m estimates with nuclear/regulatory awareness.

On-site work three days a week at Somerset Innovation Park with a contract through 31 December 2027; daily rates of £560 PAYE or £760 Umbrella, collaborating with engineering, procurement and construction teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in project management or related field
• Experience in project controls and estimating
• Experience in major construction projects and regulated environments desirable

Responsibilities

• Act as technical lead for the Project Controls team and ensure implementation of processes
• Provide governance and timely reporting of Estimating information
• Manage estimate values and scope (£10m–£500m) across the HPC project
