Job summary

Morson Human Resources Limited is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join a nuclear-focused team in the United Kingdom. The role can be based in Warrington or Cumbria and works on a hybrid model with three days in the office per week.

A security clearance will be required, and candidates should be British citizens who have not worked outside the UK in the last five years. The successful candidate will lead process design efforts, deliver EFDs, process descriptions, and pump design/sizing,

Qualifications

• Clear and concise communication within multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ability to produce clear documentation and reports for stakeholders.
• Ability to work under time and cost constraints.
• Experience producing standard process engineering deliverables (EFDs, Process Description, line sizing).

Responsibilities

• Regular reporting on process team progress to Project Management, Client Responsible Process Engineer and Engineering Manager.
• Collaborate with a multi-discipline design team and non-engineering functions.
• Present design at assurance reviews to stakeholders and committees.
• Deliver standard process design deliverables and update related documentation.
• Provide general document production and checking support to projects across SPrO portfolio.
• Develop radiological, environmental and non-nuclear safety cases for relevant hazards in a regulated nuclear environment.
