DBD International in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Project Manager to deliver complex nuclear defence projects. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure delivery within scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety and regulatory requirements.

You will develop plans, control risks, monitor performance, oversee procurement, and report to senior management. The role requires a recognised PM qualification, experience in regulated sectors, and appropriate security

Competenze

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in PM, Engineering, Nuclear, Defence or related discipline.
• Recognised PM qualification such as APM PMQ, PRINCE2 Practitioner or PMP.
• Proven experience managing complex projects in regulated sectors.
• Demonstrated experience in project planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of nuclear safety, QA, regulatory compliance and defence security requirements.
• Experience using project management tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.

• Lead planning, management and delivery of complex nuclear defence projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets and milestones.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and change control processes.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, technical, commercial, procurement and project controls.
• Ensure compliance with nuclear safety, defence security, QA and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project performance against cost, schedule, scope and quality; implement corrective actions.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with clients, senior management, delivery partners, contractors and suppliers.
• Oversee contract deliverables, supplier performance and financial reporting.
• Prepare and present project progress reports, risk registers and governance updates.
• Support project assurance activities, audits, reviews and lessons learned.
• Ensure effective management of technical documentation and project records.
• Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement.
