Job summary

TipTopJob is seeking a Senior NPI Engineer to lead APQP/PPAP processes for new product introductions from design through production release.

You will own core NPI quality deliverables (DFMEA, PFMEA, control plans, FAIRs) and drive cross-functional actions with engineering and supply chain. This role focuses on electronic products and regulated environments, with emphasis on ISO and FDA-aligned standards.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience delivering the full APQP/PPAP lifecycle in a regulated environment (medical devices or automotive).
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and controls for PCBA/electronics and related components.
• Experience with quality deliverables (DFMEA, PFMEA, control plans, FAIRs) across prototype to production.
• Ability to translate complex quality data into actionable steps for engineering and supply chain teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the APQP/PPAP process for new product introductions, ensuring designs are ready for mass production release.
• Manage core NPI quality deliverables such as DFMEA, PFMEA, control plans and FAIRs across IQ/OQ/PQ stages.
• Represent Quality in NPI project meetings and drive corrective/preventive actions.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure PPAP compliance and support audits and documentation.
