Job summary

KO2 Embedded Recruitment Solutions Ltd seeks a Senior New Product Introduction Engineer in Newmarket to bridge design engineering and manufacturing operations for automotive robot systems on the shop floor. You will coordinate introduction of new and modified products into production with design feedback and robust documentation.

The ideal candidate has strong manufacturing exposure and CAD skills, plus exceptional communication to engage with design teams and shop floor staff.

Qualifications

• Engineering background with experience in new product introduction, manufacturing engineering or design engineering with significant manufacturing exposure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the introduction of new and modified products into manufacture.
• Support manufacturing and assembly teams on the shop floor and understand production constraints.
• Manage DFMEAs, PFMEAs and service bulletins with traceability and configuration control.
• Address customer quality issues and field engineering feedback.
