A leading aerospace and defence technology provider in Fife is seeking an experienced engineer to lead manufacturing input for new products. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree and proven experience in a manufacturing engineering role, particularly in high-reliability sectors. Responsibilities include designing production processes and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Competitive salary between £45k and £60k plus benefits.

We’re working with a world-leading aerospace and defence technology provider located in Fife, Scotland, as they look to strengthen their Manufacturing team on the back of several new and exciting projects.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing new products into manufacturing, and enjoys working cross-functionally with other teams to ensure a smooth and robust transition from concept to production.
What will you be doing?
This is a key role in the manufacturing team, and will expose you to a variety of tasks, allowing you to contribute across the full NPI lifecycle. Your key responsibilities will include:

Familiarity with Lean principles, Six Sigma tools, or structured problem-solving approaches is beneficial but not essential.
Due to the security requirements of this position, candidates must have British Citizenship, Settled Status, or Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) in the UK. Additional background checks may be required.
