This is a customer-facing role, and the successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that customer project briefs are adhered to and successfully delivered.

The successful candidate will be engaging, dynamic, and have proven experience dealing with leading retailers. You will be collaborative and support members of the specifications team.

Senior NPD Technologist - Responsibilities & Requirements

• Must have experience within food manufacturing
• Strong understanding of the science behind recipe formulation insights
• HACCP knowledge and understanding by qualification or experience
• Strong communication skills and the ability to confidently build, develop, and maintain relationships with key contacts and retailers
• Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Responsible for sending out samples and meeting delivery deadlines
• Collaborate closely with the spec writer to ensure alignment and consistency with project updates
• Responsible for sending out photography and PR samples
• Support with business projects
• Attend all customer submission meetings
• Manage tasks associated with product launches
