What you'll be doing:

1. Leading internal NPD projects from concept to launch
2. Supporting customer presentations and sample development
3. Working alongside the Head of NPD to develop innovative, commercially viable products
4. Managing project timelines, documentation, and costs
5. Collaborating with technical, procurement, and production teams to ensure a smooth development process

1. Minimum 2 years' experience in NPD
2. A natural flair for creativity and a genuine love for food
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills
4. Experience in costing, product trials, and managing briefs
5. A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
