Job summary

Vertical Advantage Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior NPD Project Manager to lead end-to-end New Product Development initiatives across the EMEA region, driving productivity, supply optimisation and maintenance projects.

You will manage multiple workstreams, line-manage 1–3 project managers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and manufacturing partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality. Hybrid role: 2 days in office.

Qualifications

• Proven PM with FMCG/consumer goods experience.
• End-to-end NPD or commercialisation experience.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management across regions.

Job description

We’re seeking an experienced Senior NPD Project Manager to lead a dynamic team responsible for the end-to-end delivery of New Product Development (NPD), productivity, supply optimisation, and maintenance projects across the EMEA region.

You will oversee a high volume of projects annually, working closely with cross-functional teams across multiple countries. You’ll also act as a key point of contact for manufacturing partners, ensuring projects land on time, in full, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, scoping, and end-to-end delivery of innovation and optimisation projects across EMEA.

• Proven years of project management experience in FMCG or consumer goods environments.
• Proven track record in end-to-end NPD or commercialisation.
• Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders across regions.
• Highly proficient in Excel; working knowledge of Power BI and/or SAP preferred.
• Strong communication, influence and negotiation skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a drive for quality and process adherence.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to link project goals with business outcomes.

This is hybrid role where you'll be expected to be in the office 2 days a week.

The salary bracket is £63,000 - £66,000 + 15% bonus, pension and healthcare.
