Position Overview:
We are seeking 3 experienced Senior Project Managers to join our NPD commercialization team. You will lead a team of 1-3 commercialization project managers responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a pipeline of Innovation, Supply Optimization, Productivity, Promotions, and Maintenance projects across our Monster, Affordable, and Strategic Brand portfolio into the rapidly growing, high-traffic EMEA region.
Working closely with the Director of Commercial and Supply Chain Programmes, you will be accountable for approximately 600 projects annually across multiple regions within EMEA and own the commercialization relationship with regional bottling partners. Collaborating with local and global commercial and operations stakeholders, you will ensure clarity of project scope and successful implementation, both personally and through your team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, results-oriented, and experienced in upstream and downstream FMCG project delivery, with a passion for the Monster brand.
