Mentor and coach project management team members to maximize performance, quality, pace, and process adherence. Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear objectives, and provide feedback to support career growth and development.
- Enable High-Quality Team Performance: Conduct audits of project quality and process adherence to ensure Monster project management best practices are followed, including high-quality scoping. Effectively navigate issues at both strategic and detailed levels, offering thorough options analysis accompanied by high-quality documentation to facilitate informed escalation and decision-making.
- Developing Influential Relationships: Develop a network of influential high-trust relationships with commercial, operational, and external partners to enhance project success and team effectiveness. Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to understand their needs, concerns, and priorities, and align project objectives and team needs accordingly. Leverage relationships to facilitate communication, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus on project deliverables and timelines, respecting diversity of culture and thought.
- Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement: Enhance understanding of relevant department processes and systems, positioning yourself as a go-to resource for your team and colleagues across functions. Identify, implement, and role model opportunities to streamline and optimize end-to-end commercialization processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness. Champion continuous improvement, embracing root cause analysis and critical project review.
- Utilize Data Analysis and Reporting: Use data analysis and reporting tools to gather, analyze, and interpret project performance data. Generate reports and actionable insights to inform decision-making and optimize project outcomes. Develop and distribute regular project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and milestones.
- Contribution to NPD Department Strategy & Engagement: Collaborate with NPD leadership to contribute insights and recommendations for shaping the department's strategy.
