Taylor Root in London is seeking a Non-Contentious Construction Associate (2-6 PQE) to join a market-leading team advising developers, funders and institutional investors on major UK development schemes. You will draft and negotiate construction contracts, advise on procurement strategies, and support broader real estate transactions across regeneration, mixed-use schemes and infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• England & Wales qualified solicitor with 2-6 years PQE.
• Experience in non-contentious construction and UK real estate development.
• Strong knowledge of JCT, FIDIC, NEC and bespoke forms.
• Experience drafting appointments, warranties and guarantees.
• Commercial approach and excellent communication.
