Job summary

CYGNET is hiring a Senior Night Support Worker in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, to provide overnight care for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. The role involves 42 hours weekly on 12-hour night shifts, with an alternating weekend pattern on a two-week rolling rota.

You will support individuals in a person-centred way and help maintain a safe, supportive living environment. We offer a competitive hourly rate and opportunities for further learning, with DBS checks required.

Responsibilities

• Provide enhanced care with a flexible learning approach.
• Offer guidance and emotional support to individuals in our care.
• Learn about individuals’ needs and respond in the most appropriate way.
• Assist with medical and welfare needs and report as required.
• Support the day-to-day running of the service and supervise staff when needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for all.
