Overview

As a Residential Senior Carer at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the different needs of our residents to enable us to deliver quality, person-centred care and support. You will lead a team of care staff, including training, supervisions and delegating duties on shift. You will also support with the administering and ordering of medication, reviewing and updating resident care plans and risk assessments, and liaising with GPs, district nursing teams and resident family members. Like everyone here, you'll always respect the dignity and preferences of our residents and help create a warm, welcoming and vibrant environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of care staff, including training, supervision and delegating duties on shift.
