Job description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Carer to cover night shifts at a residential home in Tadley. This 39-bed home features a modern, fresh environment and utilizes the latest technology for communication and record-keeping. It was awarded a Good Rating by CQC earlier this year. The home specializes in dementia, old age, Alzheimer's, and Parkinson's Disease care.

This role is ideal for an experienced Carer or someone with prior Senior Carer experience. The company offers comprehensive induction and ongoing training to support your professional growth.

The successful candidate will be available to work full-time night shifts (40 hours per week). A Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care is preferred, but candidates with a Level 2 qualification will still be considered.

Senior Care Assistant requirements:

  • NVQ/QCF Level 3 or Level 2 working towards Level 3 in Health and Social Care
  • Care experience is advantageous
  • Availability to work nights
  • Full driver's license is preferred
  • Experience with Alzheimer's and Parkinson's Disease is a plus

The Role includes:
