OSJCT Group is seeking a Domiciliary Night Care Assistant to work at Oxlip House in Bury St Edmunds. The role involves night shifts from 10pm to 7am, 18 hours per week, providing personal care, companionship and daily routines for residents.

You’ll typically be the most senior on site during your night shift, taking charge in emergencies and ensuring the safety and comfort of residents while adhering to our care standards and supporting on-site colleagues.

Qualificações

• Experience in caring for a vulnerable individual or in a residential care setting.
• Ability to manage night shifts and take charge in emergencies.
• Good communication and compassionate approach with residents.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the night shift on site and take charge as needed.
• Monitor security and safety of residents during the night.
• Assist with routines, personal care and provide companionship.
