Caring Homes Group Ltd is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for Cotman House, Felixstowe, a 62-bed home offering dementia, nursing and residential care. The role is full-time, 40 hours weekly, with night shifts from 20:00 to 08:00. The hourly rate is £13.46.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centered care to residents.
• Assist residents with daily living activities, including hygiene, mobility and feeding.
• Administer medications and maintain accurate records where required.
• Mentor junior care staff to ensure consistent care quality.
• Develop and implement individual care plans with healthcare professionals and families.
• Conduct regular assessments to ensure the highest standards of care.
