Job summary

Black Country Housing Group is recruiting two Senior Night Care Assistants for New Bradley Hall in Kingswinford. Roles include supporting care plans, supervising staff, delivering high-quality personal care, administering medications, and coordinating care for groups of residents. DBS checks and visa sponsorship restrictions apply.

Two posts: 42 hours (full-time) and 30 hours (part-time) per week, on-site, permanent. Salary £15 per hour.

Qualifications

• Assisting with residents' care plans and supervising the care team.
• Providing high-quality personal care following individual care plans.
• Administering medications as prescribed and keeping records.
• Complying with health & safety and care regulations.
• Maintaining confidentiality of residents' information.

Responsibilities

• Assist with care plans and supervise team.
