• Minimum GCSE Grade C/4 in Maths and English.
• Degree or diploma in procurement or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver procurement strategy and achieve service objectives, including savings and compliance targets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to position procurement as a progressive, responsive function.
• Lead high-value, complex procurement projects ensuring value for money and regulatory compliance.
• Provide commercial advice on procurement strategy and oversee non-pay spend and supplier relationships.
• Support Lead Buyers and Buyers to develop procurement skills and drive value for money.
