Job summary

Linea is assisting an NHS ICB organisation in London to appoint an experienced Estates Programmes Lead at Band 8b. The role is on site two days per week with some site travel, leading a portfolio of strategic Estates programmes across a complex healthcare system.

The post involves mobilisation, governance, budgeting and senior stakeholder reporting, with close collaboration across NHS, Primary Care, Local Authorities and external partners to deliver the Estates Strategy.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in NHS Primary Care Estates projects.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders across complex organisations.
• Knowledge of s106 and CIL funding for healthcare projects.
• Experience delivering programmes with governance, risk management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Leading complex Estates programmes and projects across the NHS estate.
• Managing mobilisation, governance, delivery, risks and senior stakeholder reporting.
• Working across programmes including estate utilisation, void reduction, rationalisation, modernisation, and major projects.
• Collaborating with NHS organisations, Primary Care, Local Authorities and external property partners.
• Supporting infrastructure planning and allocation/drawdown of s106 and CIL funding for healthcare projects.
• Managing programme budgets and ensuring value for money.
• Supporting strategic lease management and wider NHS Estates initiatives.
