Job summary

Fairlie Healthcare Group is seeking a Senior Specialist Occupational Therapist to lead specialist neurological rehabilitation across three care homes. You will manage complex caseloads, provide expert MDT guidance and drive activity and cognitive programmes to promote independence and quality of life.

You will work autonomously in a senior clinical role, offering leadership, mentoring junior staff and contributing to service development within an Outstanding-rated specialist care environment.

Qualifications

• Post-registration OT with neurological rehab experience.
• Manage a complex caseload across three homes.
• Provide expert guidance to MDT and families.
• Lead activity and rehabilitation programmes.
• Develop person-centred care and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Undertake comprehensive specialist OT assessments.
• Develop evidence-based intervention plans.
• Provide leadership and supervision to junior staff.
• Support service development and CPD.
• Collaborate with MDT to maximise residents’ independence.
