Job summary

Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Senior Neuro Occupational Therapist to join the Acute Neuro team. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centred OT services, contribute to service development and supervise junior staff within a fast-paced hospital environment.

You will have experience with stroke and other neurological conditions, and enjoy strong learning opportunities, appraisal and CPD support, with flexible working patterns to suit the service.

• The Senior OT contributes to the provision, co-ordination and development of OT services for their specific section.
• Assists in training and supervising junior staff and students and participates in administrative functions of the OT Department.
• To provide excellent, high quality person centred clinical care that advocates for patients.
• Strive to provide a service fit for today and the future.
• Develop personal leadership to support clinical growth.
