Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an experienced Implementation Engineer to lead the design and hands-on delivery of complex network and security solutions across greenfield and brownfield environments in the UK. You will produce professional HLD/LLD, develop detailed implementation plans, and drive changes with minimal risk.

Responsibility includes coordinating engineers, mentoring juniors, and presenting technical designs to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of technical design and business principles.
• Advanced project fundamentals demonstrated through installations and assignments.
• Excellent verbal communication and client engagement skills.
• Experience leading multi-vendor network and security implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and hands-on implementation of complex network and security solutions.
• Produce HLD and LLD documentation for client sign-off.
• Develop detailed implementation plans and change records with risk minimisation.
• Author operational runbooks for handover to operations teams.
• Diagnose and resolve complex network and security incidents with escalation as needed.
• Coordinate engineers and technicians to meet targets and quality standards.
• Present designs and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
